We are Brandon and Ami, the people behind El Barbecue. Brandon, a Kentucky native has been smoking meats for over a decade and is responsible for the beautiful meat you dream about. Ami has been a chef in San Diego for over a decade, grilling, smoking and cooking. Together, with similar interests such as Conway Twitty, beer, and bourbon, the groundwork to create an all encompassing bbq brand was born. El Barbecue focuses on no singular or regional bbq, and instead is playful and diverse, much like the city we cook in. Argentinean, Mexican, Korean, American, we grill and smoke in all flavors.
