Located in San Diego’s vibrant downtown, Zama brings Latin American cuisine with an Asian infusion in a captivating space inspired by the Amazonian jungle. Brought to you by Alessandro Minutella & Vincenzo Lo Verso of the San Diego Dining Group, famous for Greystone Steakhouse, Osteria Panevino, Allegro, Saltwater, Farmers Table, Breakfast & Bubbles and more, partnered with Mario Liga & Giancarlo Guttilla of Rusticucina & Basilico.

Zama will focus on Latin American cuisine with the addition of Peruvian and Mexican dishes like Trio of Ceviche, Agua Chile and Tartare and a Japanese-inspired sushi bar created by Chef Takuya Kudo (formerly of Nobu and Lumi) and executive Chef Jovani Palacious, corporate Chef of Farmers Table locations against the extravagant backdrop of the lush jungle-inspired space.
