About Zac
Zac comes from a sports background. He grew up playing basketball and tennis. Zac played 4 years of tennis at the University of Alabama-Huntsville and USTA League tennis after college. Zac discovered pickleball 2 years ago. After he played his first tournament he was hooked. Zac has competed at the 5.0 level. He won gold at the 2001 Indoor National Championships at 5.0 Men’s Doubles and 5.0 Mixed Doubles. Zac has also competed at the pro-level. Zac is a certified pickleball coach by the Professional Pickleball Registry (PPR). He is an Electrum and Nuun Sports Hydration Ambassador.
Zac has been married to wife Lauren for 7 years. Outside of pickleball, he still enjoys playing tennis and traveling around the globe. Zac lives in Hunstville, AL.
