About tulipani
tulipani is a tiny pasta shop in ABQ that offers a changing line of artisanal, fresh pastas using the best organic flour, eggs, and seasonal ingredients available. Our recipes pay homage to tradition while drawing inspiration from local flavors and ingredients.
tulipani began in the tiniest room of a shared kitchen space downtown, where a variety of cut and stuffed pastas were made for special orders, farmers markets, and CSAs.
We offer a small menu of made to order pasta dishes in addition to packages of fresh pasta to take home.
