It began in South Florida, where Brian attended Culinary School and Erin worked in the service industry. Together, they developed and cultivated their dream of a catering business. 16 years later, Tre Luna was born. It was named for Brian and Erin’s “Three Moons” – their three children.
Tre Luna is not only their dream, it’s also their family.
