Three Girls Bakery was the first business licensed to women in the city of Seattle! Founded in 1912,Three Girls Bakery is the oldest continuously operating business in the Historic Pike Place Market. Our Current Owner Jacob Levy has worked in the Pike Place Market for over 50 years! He started working at his father’s produce stand in 1966 and is still very much in love with the Market to this day. The Levy Family has been a part of the Pike Place Market Community since the 1940’s. Jacob and his sister Zelda bought Three Girls Bakery in 1979 and it has been faithfully run by the Levy Family ever since!
