By day, The Collins Quarter is a bustling and vibrant café serving an all day brunch menu and delicious beverages. By night, the café transforms into an elegant candle lit restaurant. Inspired by the rich culinary diversity of Australia, both the daytime and nighttime menus are supported by the freshest produce, interesting meats and delectable seafood; all intricately assembled by excellent chefs. The Café offers espresso drinks in all their machinations. A custom La Marzocco machine provides the horsepower for espresso beverages. The beans are from handpicked lots selected and roasted by Toby’s Estate in Brooklyn, NY. Drip coffee drinkers and espresso fanatics alike are sure to be satisfied by the extensive coffee menu. From our Aussie based avocado smash to ahi tuna poke, the ever-changing menu challenges your senses and takes you on a culinary adventure. We offer an array of interesting cocktails and an extensive wine list to suit all palates. We take our food seriously and our coffee adamantly.

We never miss having breakfast at the Collins Quarter location inside Forsythe Park. When the weather is pleasant, you can’t beat a patio table with a beautifully prepared latte and one of their amazing breakfast entres.
