Day or Night, this outdoor living will provide all you want. Shady or Sunny lounge areas. Incredible landscape lighting keeps the fun going all night. along with the outdoor/ indoor sound system. Surrounded by Arizona’s beautiful landscape & lush desert, you will be taken away. Morning hikes or bike rides out the front door offer you hundreds of miles of trails meticulously maintained in the Mcdowell Mountain Preserve. Bring your camera, the plant life is breathtaking.
You will be spoiled with the privacy of this property. This resort is set back with its own private driveway, 4 car garage and plenty of parking. 5 beach cruisers in the garage will take you to the biking/walking trails, the grocery store, coffee, breakfast or just cruise the scenery. . Access to and from our property is easy, convenient and fast. You will be wherever you want without difficulty and then return easily to your private paradise. Everything is new and designed for the very best vacation experience. We just completed a $300k renovation inside & out. Everything completely dialed in and updated. This property is a new listing but we have the best manager in Scottsdale. We also have owned multiple short term rentals in Scottsdale, all have been very successful. We take pride in offering an incredible getaway experience sharing our favorite getaway spot. The Pool/ Spa will always be clean and treated properly before you arrive. The landscaping will be flawless. The interior is always deep cleaned and carefully cared for. This property is the real deal.
