The word “prime” is a quality grade given by the U.S. Department of Agriculture to describe the highest quality beef in terms of tenderness, juiciness and flavor. It is among the top 2% of cattle. We pride ourselves on only center cut beef and cooked at 1800 degrees to ensure our guests the best product possible.
