About Pascal’s Bistro

Pascal’s Bistro is a family-owned establishment that opened in November 1999. We are nestled in the north end of West Park Walk shopping center, near Tuesday Morning.

Pascal was born in the South of France. He studied to be a chef at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in France. He came to America 35 years ago for a summer of fun and never left. His passion is creating delicious cuisine for everyone to enjoy. He personally hand-selects the freshest ingredients from the local farmer’s markets every week. Our menu items range from American fare to the classic French dishes we all know and love.

Our staff is friendly and warm, and have all been here for ages! The atmosphere is quaint and the food exquisite. We consider our guests family and we hope to see you soon!

Romantic and intimate dinner for two, please!
5.0.0

For most special occasions or when we want to treat relatives to a really nice evening we choose Pascal’s. The menu selections are lovely with enough variety to ensure every item gets the same attention to detail. The wine selection is inclusive, and they have a full bar in case martinis are to your liking. They also have a small outside seating area. Pascal’s never disappoints! If you are looking for a fun place for lunch, they specialize in a pasta bar. Each serving of pasta is prepared fresh on the spot and served with a complete selection of sauces and toppings and of course salad and garlic bread.

For a special night out!

When we want a special night out (and not drive to Atlanta) we go to Pascals. Charming and beautiful. It’s another of our favorites, and we are kind of picky about where and what we eat :~)
