Macon Bagels was founded in 2021 by Lauren Bone and Patrick Rademaker. A mutual love of food, old buildings, community, and the outdoors brought them to Macon to start their bakery adventure. They are proud to be part of the growing circle of small business owners in Macon, and can’t wait to serve up some damn good food.
