Both of them open Lan Lamoon with the intention to present the family recipes of grandmother…Lady Plearn Devahastin, who used to take care of the food at Thai Palace in the reign of King Rama VI. This Thai food recipes were passed on from generation to generation to maintain the unique identity of authentic Thai food flavors which are rich in unique features including color, aroma herbs, decoration and above all, the amazing taste.
