Since 2018, Ichi Ni San has done more than perfect a culinary tradition—we’ve created something deliciously new. Inspired by the rich culinary culture of Thailand and Japan, our chefs have crafted a delicate blend of authenticity, traditional taste and presentation. Our priority is always being able to deliver on freshness while making sure everything that leaves the kitchen is nothing but delicious. Every dish set on a table, every bite you taste and every new recipe you try has been years in the making and heavily influenced by the beautiful cultures of Thailand and Japan where food goes above and beyond. Ichi Ni San’s owner is a chef in her own right, learning the art of cooking from her grandmother and traveling around the country meeting people from every walk of life. But it was in Naples that she fully understood her true passion was in pursuing a career in the restaurant industry. This resulted in Ichi Ni San being opened in Daytona where customers are served authentic Thai and Japanese food. Here we live to present amazing cuisine and to always set our standards high with an innovative menu.
