Every pizza we make captures the flavors of back home. The caramelized cheese crust, the crunchy outside and chewy inside, the buttery Wisconsin brick cheese, all baked into authentic blue steel pans imported from Detroit and then cut into squares. When we started making pizzas out of our home in June of 2020, we knew we had something special. Today, we operate as a pop-up out of JD’s Bar & Kitchen and are proud to share the flavors of the Motor City with southern Orange County and beyond.
