The space
You know we are doing something right when guest sign in and pay for the next year in advance. We are honored to have a place and make it feel fresh and welcoming. We have went for a clean fresh semi modern setting. Decor includes a leather grey couch, white window shedders. 3 Apple TV w/flat screens. A balcony setting.
This property has three (3) gates pool areas that come with 3 small gyms and 3 Jacuzzis & 3 sets of Bar B Que grills at each location within the property.
First of all, the property surrounding us is the Golf course at JW Marriott in the Dessert Ridge area. Resorts like this put strict rules on us which is good to keep our place looking fresh and new. This location is 1/2 mile from Scottsdale city limits.
The stroll around our landscapes areas is always calling me.
You are just steps away from the golf course and it’s sunset views. Your view is looking out the front of the building which is nice. But just a few steps away there is a gate to walk around or over to the JW resort itself. Or to see the sunsets. I personally stroll over for a Starbucks at the JW Marriott via the golf course when I’m in town. I walk over and enjoy the quiet lobby area with a gorgeous view.
Add to all that you can even walk to the nearby shopping & eating at the Desert Ridge Marketplace which you can look up. They don’t allow web links here. That is less than a 10min walk and a few dollars Lyft ride home if you buy to many things. They have LYFT signs for easy pick up. And very safe area.
Come enjoy the Phoenix Scottsdale area located at the loop 101 and N 56th Street.

We keep our quartetly contract upkeep for pest control, cooling heating & monthly plumbing. We don’t want you to worry about a thing. It’s a quiet setting.

We give guests full access to our private condo. Smart keypad lock.
We let you have complete privacy.
Other things to note
Drive up to a gated keypad entry when you arrive. A code will be in the welcome pack in advance.

Going for a walk?
There is a gate key for re-entry or the gate keypad. The same key is provided & used for the three pools, mini gyms, hot tub jacuzzi & bar b q grills. (Same Key you will have available on your entry table.)
