CESIBON was created in 2007.
Ever since, CESIBON is still dedicated to homemade artisanal gelato, as we do in Italy, where CESIBON owners were trained. Following the authentic Italian tradition, we use natural premium ingredients to prepare daily, in our Lab, from scratch, small batches of gelato and sorbet. 16 flavours are made daily, with no artificial colours or flavours. Fresh whole milk and fresh fruits with several hours to process is part of the secret recipe of our gelato. A rich, dense, creamy and long-lasting taste in mouth also due to a low amount of air (less than 20%) and a low level of fat (4-8%). Quality is our focus. Quality versus Quantity is our philosophy.
