The bounty of each season informs our direction, culminating in familiar and approachable dishes with refined presentations and bold flavors.

The cornerstones of the Cedar + Elm culinary program are sustainability, seasonality, and support of local producers and purveyors. Everything we serve is rooted in responsibility just as much as flavor. Our culinary team ventures from farm to sea in search of the freshest local ingredients; even harvesting produce, herbs, and honey from our own Chef’s Garden and apiary.

The Cedar + Elm menu is matched in style and artistry by the historic dining space. A nod to the restaurant’s former life as the Saint Edward Seminary dining hall, the light-filled dining room highlights original design details with a touch of modern comfort. The terrace allows for seasonal outdoor dining to soak in the tranquil natural beauty of the surrounding Saint Edward State Park. Once a meaningful gathering space for seminarians, the dining space has once again been brought to life as the heart of The Lodge at St. Edward State Park.
