Bayside’s history began in 1989, when owners Tony Ridgway and Sukie Honeycutt were approached by the Lutgert Companies, developers of The Village on Venetian Bay, to open the first waterfront restaurant in the Village. Bayside Seafood Grill & Bar opened in October of 1990, and quickly became one of Naples’ premier restaurant destinations.
