
Peak Performance 2.5 Training Session
4:1 Participant to Instructor ratio. Revolving on a 10 week program, each week focuses on a different area of the game. You do not need to sign up for 10 consecutive weeks. You can sign up for individual or multiple sessions based on your availability to attend. Once a full rotation of 10 sessions have been completed it reverts back to week 1.
Week 1 – Dinking
Week 2 – Volleys
Week 3 – 3rd Shot Drop and Transition
Week 4 – Groundstrokes
Week 5 – Offensive lobs, lob retrieval and overheads
Week 6 – Serves and returns
Week 7 – How to beat a banger
Week 8 – Turning defense into offense and partner communication
Week 9 – 3rd shot drop and transition, stacking and court positioning
Week 10 – Recap
